Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions are set out how Rachel Mole Designs agrees to sell items to you.  Upon accepting your order we (Rachel Mole Designs) and you (The Customer) are legally bound by these terms and conditions.

1. ABOUT US

The items you find on this website are provided by Rachel Mole Designs.  We are registered as a Sole Trader at the following address: Dancing Ledge, 11 Martins Hill Lane, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 7NJ.

2. ORDERING

Please use our online shop to place your order.  Full payment is required before your order is despatched.

It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is accurate.  Please ensure you check all details before placing your order.

3. PAYMENT

Rachel Mole Designs accepts payments via PayPal, credit card and Apple Pay.  All methods of payment are a safe and easy way of ensuring you are using a trusted and secure electronic payment gateway.

4. DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class.  Delivery is between 1-2 working days on items IN STOCK and up to 1-2 weeks on BESPOKE (made to order items).  Please refer to each product listing for despatch times.

Delivery is at the fixed price of £4.95. If you are local, collection is FREE.

Orders are packaged, using all recyclable materials and are wrapped and sent ready to gift.

5. RETURNS

In purchasing from Rachel Mole Designs, you are accepting that all items are handmade. I do accept returns on my knitted garments that do not fit or in the unlikely event that there is a fault in the garment. 

Please note returns on personalised items are not available, due to the nature of the product.  If, however your item is damaged in the post or arrives with incorrect details (that differ from what you have provided) we will provide a refund or replacement without question. 

Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot cover the cost of returns, unless the item is faulty.

6. PERSONAL DATA

Any personal information you provide to us through our website will be taken as consent for us to use in the specific purpose, for which is was obtained. 

We will not pass on your data and take appropriate action to ensure it is not lost or misused.
